The -1 was a total freelot, and I lotted… I really don’t know why, figure one day it might be nice to upgrade. But the Scout’s Belt I really wanted. I’ve still been wearing the Royal Knight’s Belt +2 as I hadn’t felt like shelling out for anything larger as it’s a job that doesn’t get played often enough to warrant more money than what I’ve already spent.
Maat’s is still slowly progressing. Currently have DRG on seek as 49. Helped Retice get his RDM to 37 by duoing with him in Yhoator and dualboxing Ashere’s WHM, which hit 53, and that leveled me to 48. Took another five hours to get an invite that netted me only about 5k exp and was rather painful in an hour and a half time (THF kept disconnecting and wanted me to SC with her, but I was gaining TP about five times as fast). While seeking yesterday, I had enough time to take an hour long nap on the couch behind me as well as cross stitch and build an entire house in Sims 3. I’m prepped for several more hours of seeking today. /sigh
Aside from that, Zaeeth asked me to fill in for his wife in Nyzul on Sunday, and it wasn’t too bad. Only Askar hands dropped, but it did get me cleared through floor 20 now and I picked up the Quicksilver and Vorpal Sword for the fuck of it. Who knows, I might just get bored enough to break the latents without having a high clear considering it seems more likely to have those broken before I ever get 100.
While leveling DRG I’ve stumbled on a group of guys that have invited me to exp with them a couple times more since and pester me occasionally to join them on their vent channel. Twice on DRG now, and yesterday they insisted I get my SCH from 8 to 10 and go out to Valkurm with them. So, they waited the two hours for me to get those two levels and gathered a party. Hit 13 before everyone was just too tired. Hoping they’ll help me get to 20 before they give up on it, because then at least, I have some hope of getting pickup parties.
