So while I wait on the Blizzard Repair v3.0.1 to try to hopefully figure out why my game keeps crashing (from a quick google search, it’s looking as if it might be an overheating issue, which I really hope it isn’t)… an update.
Nadzia dinged 80 two days ago, within 30 minutes of my last post actually. I have been focusing on running her through as many heroics as possible to gear her up and so far bought three pieces of her Tier 9, [Idol of Lunar Fury], had a few epic pieces drop that were upgrades, and have already pushed Kirin Tor and Argent Crusade to exalted. I did trade her feral spec for balance, and it’s still been an interesting role to learn. My spell rotation is half of what I worry about as hunter, but yet there still feels like more to worry about since two of my DoTs only last 15 seconds each. My overall DPS is slowly improving, not nearly as much as I’d like it to with each piece I upgrade though. I’m averaging barely over 2000dps as is right now, and unless the group just happens to be pisspoor, I’m always dead last with the healer only one below me on the meters.
I’m definitely enjoying the class though, and it’s a little breath of fresh air to have something new to focus on. Since I plateaued with Dominika, all I do with her each day are the Tournament dailies, random daily, and sit staring at my screen without a clue of what to do with the rest of my day… since all of that typically averages out to an hour at most. Raid if my guild has something scheduled, but that’s only a couple days a week. What I’ll do after I plateau with Nadzia, I have zero idea to be honest. Since she’s a hybrid though… it’ll require far longer to obtain enough badges for all her Tier 9 sets, so that’s at least a month’s worth of work there.
I’m not wanting to level another character, so worse case scenario is I revive my barely cared for pally again… the one I dinged 80 on, ran maybe three heroics on, and quit immediately after. Her GearScore is awful though, still has a couple level 70 epic pieces on, and has 24k HP unbuffed. It’s pretty sad, especially considering she’s protection and I have zero gear for her to be anything else. She just feels like a mountain I do not want to climb, and outside of using her engineering to make myself arrows for Dominika… I like to pretend she doesn’t exist.
